How to leave a review

It mean a LOT to us at Mac’s Tree Service that you want to leave a review. We created this page to walk you through the process to try and make it as simple as possible.
Reviews are the modern “Word of Mouth” that multiplies the effort by letting your experience inform LOTS of other people. There are several places you can leave a review, and we will try to cover those here. Again, thank you ever so much.
Google-My-Business

- In order to leave a REVIEW on Google, you FIRST have to have a Google Account (you need G-Mail).
a. If you have a G-Mail account and are already signed in to your G-Mail account – follow the steps on the screen. Click “Sign In” on the bottom right…
b. If you have G-Mail – simply click Sign In and get yourself signed into your G-Mail account… (you know the drill – Email/Phone + pass).
c. If you don’t have G-Mail – click Create Account to create an account… it is easy to do…
2. Once you have Signed In, Google will open a pop-up window that looks like the image below. We added the orange number to define each section.
(1) Your name would be replaced with – yep, you got it, your name! The orange circle would be your profile image (if one has been choosen.)
(2) Click the star level. The FAR RIGHT star represents a 5-star rating (we love getting these)… Please be sure and give us a rating you feel represents the job we did for you!!! We strive for *****!
(3) Did you use the business? This is important. We have had several people leave poor ratings that we NEVER did anythign for!!!
(4) Share details. This is valuable insight for others. This is where you can let other people know what kind of experience you had with Mac’s Tree. Detail words are important – things like – timely, courteous, thorough… these are just a couple of ours, we would LOVE to hear what YOU think!
(5) Images. Hopefully you took a BEFORE and an AFTER shot of the spot you had us do work. Share both here so people can see.
(6) Last thing is to click POST. That is all. Thanks! You just let other people know about your experience using Mac’s Tree Service! We SO appreciate you doing this for your fellow Moore County residents.
